Job Description

• SQL DBA is responsible for providing operational data base services to the organisation
• Owning, tracking and resolving data base related incidents and requests
• Resolving tickets within SLA
• Reviewing Service related reports (Backups, Maintenance and monitoring)
• Responding to Data Base related alerts and escalations
• Root cause analysis of failures and implementation of foxes to rectify problems and building and maintaining business intelligence solutions

Qualifications

• Matric
• National Certificate/Diploma or BSc IT
• ITIL foundation
• MCTS
• MCITP
• MS SQL

Skills

• 8+ years'''' Experience in similar environment as a DBA
• Strong ERP experience
• Experience with KanBan flow systems & ITIL essential
