Job Description

• Full SAP MM function – creation, maintenance and extension of material masters including Table values
• SAP SD – all administration related to GI’s and GR’s including reversals for Plants and Depots
• Assist with SAP queries should it not be resolved at first level CSC Admin Support
• Capturing of sales orders in SAP for Transport Service Orders/Empty Bags
• Create delivery permits for agents
• Lab Requests – Capturing of Service Sales Orders & Purchase Orders
• Upon receipt of lab invoices – capture on Purchase Order & Goods Receipt
• Invoicing of lab service orders to customers’ on final receipt of lab invoice
• Facilitating Customer Complaints with the relevant team to complete & finalize. Oversee and administrate end to end process including resolution.
•  Support  Sales APP that is Fully Integrated with SAP)
• Support  Logistics Program that is Fully Integrated with SAP

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12)
• DIPLOMA/DEGREE IT
• SAP CERTIFIED

Skills

• 3 years end user SAP EC6 or Hana experience in MM; PP; SD
• Computer literacy at an intermediate level (Excel, Word)
• 3 years admin experience related to customer service and overseeing team
