Job Description

 

  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with prospect and existing customer network to drive product adoption and ensure they are utilizing the solution to achieve full business value
  • Assist with implementation of free trials / proof of value concepts and analysis of data
  • Assist with Security Awareness project management functions on the platform
  • Use your technical and product expertise to leverage product value, product usage expansion and generate new use cases
  • Conduct regular customer health-checks.
  • Prepare and educate customers on new features and releases.
  • Identify renewal risk and collaborate with internal teams to remediate and ensure a successful renewal.
  • Establish regular cadence to perform the client product health check to proactively identify improvements or issues on behalf of the customer
  • Respond to technical questions in RFIs/ RFPs
  • Identify and handle key customer technical objections, guiding them to resolution.
  • Assist customers with deployment.
  • Collaborating with the Sales team and wider business to continually evolve our customer experience.
  • Continuously build your understanding of the industry, the challenges that our prospects, customers and competitors may face, continually innovate and collectively find new ways to be successful.
  • Customer success is critical for any recurring renewal-based business, ensuring that their customers derive value and success in using our products and solutions.
  • Problem Solving: Exhibit confidence and a deep understanding of emerging industry best practices when solving business problems. Ability to identify critical issues with

 

Qualifications

 

  • National diploma in IT
  • Security Certifications

 

Skills

 

  • Min 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated success in pre-sales/consulting/solutions architecture role in a sales & target-driven environment.
  • Project management and technical writing experience advantageous.
  • Product Suite/Knowledge of Cyber Lifecycle
  • Client-facing skills, e.g. meeting & presenting to clients
  • Excellent communication skills - written & verbal
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate with technical and non-technical individuals at all levels.
  • Ability to handle multiple customer on-boarding projects at a time.
  • Ability to manage multiple customers in a defined Customer Life-Cycle process.
  • Reporting to Cyber Security Product Manager with a dotted line to CTO
