SUMMARY:
An opportunity is available for a TES Support Administrator in the Parktown, Johannesburg area.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years administration experience in the Recruitment industry
  • Computer literate (MS Office: Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook)
  • Speak and write English formally and professionally, a third language will be an advantage
  • Ability to communicate and work closely with clients, applicants, staff, and management 
  • Ability to type 60+ words per minute
  • Willing to work under extreme pressure and sense of urgency
  • Valid driver’s license with own vehicle essential
Duties and responsibilities:
  • Sign on of every temporary employee on site with client and ensure client documents are signed for document completion
  • Attend to all queries (temp and client) effectively and within the required time frame
  • Manage all TES job orders and ensuring proper and effective administration
  • Ensure TES reports are completed weekly, as and when required for submission to General Manager: TES and ensure the accuracy of all data in terms of current and pending headcount and Gross Profit (GP), activity, Request for quotation (RFQ’s), TES team pipeline etc.
  • Monitor the weekly growth of TES headcount and GP in accordance with the requirements of the General Manager: TES and targets set for TES team members to ensure minimum growth is accomplished
  • Provide a professional TES Administration function including resolving queries with clients and applicants, submission of applicant and client documents handling relevant queries and liaising with wages department  
  • All-rounder recruitment administration function
  • Conduct reference checks
  • Post advert on behalf of consultants
  • Assist with typing excess CVs
  • Create spreadsheets and updating lists
  • Conduct and follow up on MIE checks
  • Upload documents and CVs on portals
  • Assist with confirming interviews with clients in the absence of the consultants
  • Assist management with adhoc duties
  • Collate and follow up on activity sheets
  • Record and control information for temp GP sheets including but not limited to GP, start dates, end dates etc.
  • Prepare and submit TES reports on behalf of GM
  • Ensure that onboarding and training of temporary employees takes place in line with company procedures and policies
  • Submit payroll documents and queries to the wages department
  • Calculate temp pay rates and client rates
  • Conduct leave reconciliations and maintain proper administration of this
  • Order confirmation control
  • Inform management of any controls/procedures that could compromise business and clients
