TES Recruiter - Blue Collar - Secunda

SUMMARY:
An opportunity for a TES Recruiter in the Blue Collar sector is available to be based in the Secunda, Mpumalanga area.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• Matric
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in recruitment
• Computer literate (MS Office - advanced)
• Valid drivers’ licence and own reliable vehicle
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

KPAs:

• Source candidates using databases, social media, word of mouth, walk-in CV shortlisting etc.
• Ability to identify and shortlist most suitable candidates according to skills, especially within Mining Artisan trades
• Assume responsibility of pre-interview screening and actual interviews
• Responsible for building and maintaining of own Artisan database, for future referral and marketing to clients
• Responsible for coordinating of interviews on client’s request
• Send out all bulk email/SMS(e.g. confirming receipt of applications, rejection emails) and manage paperwork (CVs and supporting documents submitted to clients)
• Ensure contact list for background verification with suppliers and other employers is current
• Assist in coordinating background checks
• Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Be involved in the implementation of recruitment processes and systems in conjunction with Management and Ops team
• Ensure clear mutual understanding of resourcing priorities and practical constraints
• Adhere to Company quality processes at all times
• Ensure daily deliverables are met
• Extensive report writing to enable good business decisions
• Project management on large client projects
