POSITION INFO:

Die posbekleër sal rapporteer aan die Tegniese bestuurder en verantwoordelik wees vir die:
● invordering en ontleding van gehalte verslae vanaf oorsese kliënte
● ondersteuning aan kliënte in die hantering van gehalte probleme
● klassifisering van gehalte probleme volgens finansiële impak daarvan
● vaslegging van data op Dipar stelsel
● kommunikering van gehalte verslae aan Stems produsente
● assisteer kommersiële span met nagaan van resultate van probleem produk  
● rapportering van verskepings eise.

Die ideale kandidaat beskik oor ‘n toepaslike Tersiêre kwalifikasie en ‘n minimum van 3 jaar ondervinding in ‘n soortgelyke posisie. Ondervinding van die Dipar stelsel sal in die kandidaat se guns tel. Goeie  kommunikasie- en analitiese vaardighede is van kardinale belang.

Stems Fruit is a fruit export company that specializes in the marketing of stone fruit. The following opportunity is available at their offices in Paarl:  TECHNICAL ADMINISTRATOR

The incumbent will report to the Technical Manager and be responsible for
● collecting and analyzing quality reports from overseas clients
● supporting clients in dealing with quality problems
● classifying quality issues according to their financial impact
● capturing data on the Dipar system
● communicating quality reports to Stems producers
● assisting commercial team in checking results of problem product
● reporting shipping claims.

The ideal candidate has a relevant Tertiary qualification and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position. Experience of the Dipar system will be advantageous. Good communication and analytical skills are important.
