National Client would like to recruit a would like to recruit a Durban based Compliance Officer preferably with Legislative Compliance Auditing experience. Cape Town-based Technical Support Agent in their Technical Support Department with Technical Contact Centre experience. (SHIFT WORK INVOLVED)

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Matric with A+ or N+
Call/Contact Centre experience
Technical troubleshooting experience
Effective management of customer faults to minimise machine downtime
Effective use of the National Central Electronic Monitoring System
High level of customer service required
Ensure compliance to internal and external policies
