To assist the sales team with quotes and tenders for security installations for industrial, commercial, and mining properties.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

TECHNICAL COSTING CLERK – SECURITY

Area: Randburg

Remuneration: R12000 – R15000 CTC

Overview: To assist the sales team with quotes and tenders for security installations for industrial, commercial, and mining properties.

Duties:

Determine type of products required for installation
Contact suppliers for products and prices
Determine availability of products
Calculate installation prices
Ensure that invoices are coded correctly to jobs so that all expenses are easy to track
Submit quotes to Sales / General Manager for approval
Order products once approved
Liaise with accounts department

Qualifications / Requirements:

Minimum Grade 12
Good MS Excel experience
Knowledge of security products
Supplier knowledge
Good communication skills
