Description of Role:

To provide technical and broking expertise on a portfolio of clients to the Account

Executive 

Key Responsibilities:

-        Portfolio Management

-        Technical   Administration

-        Procurement of insurance 

-        Program Design 

-        Client Interface 

-        Financial Administration

-        Risk advisory 

Qualification/s & Experience:

-        Grade 12 or equivalent.

-        Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience 

-        FAIS compliant

Skills:

-        Technical knowledge across all major classes of insurance 

-        Knowledge of risk management practices and risk survey reports will be to your advantage

-        Budget preparation  

-        Excellent communication skills

-        Highly numerate

-        MS Office suite (with a minimum typing speed of 40 words/minute and excel intermediate to advanced user)

-        Microsoft 0365 /Sharepoint systems will be to your advantage

-        Strong planning and organizing skills

-        Process orientated

-        Meeting  deadlines 

-        Attention to detail and accuracy 

-        Negotiation skills 

-        Collaboration and teamwork 

-        Stress management 

-        Training of junior staff
