POSITION INFO:

Our client requires the services of a TASTING ROOM MANAGER at their tasting room based outside Ceres.  The ideal candidate should have a passion for people and the ability to work under pressure. 

Key performance areas will include:

• Representing the core values of this quality driven company
• Providing service excellence
• Building relationships with customers and assisting them in experiencing the exciting world of artisanal alcoholic products
• Presentation of formal and informal tastings
• Stock control
• Debtors and creditors function
• Assisting with events

 

To succeed in these challenges, you need:

• Experience in the hospitality or wine / alcoholic beverage industries
• Computer literacy
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Afrikaans and English
• The availability to work over weekends
• Own/reliable transport
