Minimum requirements: 

Knowledge of the refrigeration and hydraulic lifting equipment tools, materials, and test equipment.

Knowledge of repair, maintenance, and installation techniques.

Skill in reading and understanding electrical and hydraulic schematics.

Skill in analysing refrigeration and hydraulic lifting equipment malfunctions from performance and test equipment readings and determining appropriate repairs.
