POSITION INFO:

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelors Degree or equivalent is preferable.
At least 5 years administrative experience in property management is required.
5 years experience in housing/property management is preferable
Work with Regional Managers and Portfolio Managers to assess and co-ordinate training needs of Property Management staff, and implement company-wide skills training tailored to specific user groups in the following systems;
NOVTEL Property Management system.
NOVTEL Relations system.
Procurement Protocols, Tender Documents and Service Level Agreements for various Service Provider tenders.
