SUMMARY:
Systems Support Engineer

POSITION INFO:

Our client is looking for a System Support Engineer to join their team, you will be based at the clients head office in Bruma and will be required to travel to their various branches within Gauteng.

You will be provided with a company cellphone and company petrol card, our client is open to continued learning provided the accreditation and courses benefit both parties and terms are agreed to.

Office hours are Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:00 and on call for system related issues.

Listed cost to company is based on skills and experience within the role.

Skills and Experience.

5+ years as a System Support Engineer.
Relevant Degree or Diploma
Basic understanding in the Microsoft Server Space 2012, 2016, 2019
HyperV/VMware
DNS, DHCP, Remote Desktop Services, IIS
Failover Clustering
AD and Exchange experience
Mimecast
SCCM patch management
Monitoring tools
Understating of Hyper Converged Environments (Nutanix Preferably)
Backup Solutions
Office 365 products and Azure Experience
Understanding of IT Security concepts
ITIL Understanding
