Systems Engineer required for a successful employee owned company.
POSITION INFO:
The Company
They are by no means your usual Managed Service Provider, with a focus on a smaller number of clients but with heavily involvement and integration from the team. You''ll be a critical part of the Systems function and provide support to clients across the UK and Europe, working with a broad range of technology including some bespoke software. If it''s stability you''re after, they have a strong 28-year history and well into their smooth transition into employee ownership.

The Role
As a 3rd Line Systems Engineer, you will be tasked with the support of large clients across the continent. The company are focused on creating solutions using the latest tools, so you will be as passionate as them about emerging tech and Cloud platforms. Their current tech environment consists predominately of Microsoft stack with a wee bit of Linux too.

As they operative in a rapidly evolving market with multiple clients who all have their own individual needs, this is an excellent opportunity to get stuck into a variety of interesting projects and solve a mix of technical challenges. There will be times where you''ll have to support issues that may not be documented, and a bit of root cause analysis is needed.
The team are passionate about what they do, and they are keen to find someone who is just as keen to tinker with home labs, investigate new tech and keep an eye on trends in their spare time.

Location
This is a fully remote role where all the kit to work effectively will be provided (laptops/monitors etc). If working from home isn''t for you (don''t worry - I totally get it!), there is an office available when safe to do so too.
Salary & Benefits
The salary on offer is between £35,000 to £38,000. You will receive an on-call allowance with the flat rate of £423 for the week you''re on call and be eligible for an Annual Performance Bonus and Employee Ownership Bonus too.
