SUMMARY:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Maintain server infrastructure
Configure and deploy new Windows servers
Create and maintain secure server images using CIS benchmarks and build kits
Monitor performance, availability and stability of servers to maintain a 24x7x365 uptime
Continually improve server management processes
Maintain Active Directory servers and services
Maintain and optimise Group Policy Objects
Review and implement M365 strategy
Maintain M365 Tenants
Maintain & improve security/compliance policies
Manage users, licenses, groups & features
Oversee the procurement, receipt and configuration of new hardware and software
Monitor logs and troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise
Ensure proper management of IT assets
Assist with new infrastructure projects as and when required
Assist with design and implementation of infrastructure enhancements
