JOB PURPOSE

Support of Systems Administration processes

  • Ensure the integrity and quality enhancement on the application
  • Remove and facilitate the resolution of system warnings
  • Fix system errors
  • Liaise with external parties for access on the application
  • Control and execute the complete System Development Life Cycle for new business system solutions, system errors and system correction, enhancements and new system releases
  • Effective Support of System Administration and Support processes

Assist in operation of System Administration

  • Coordinate the generation of exception reports and correct data errors
  • Maintain access and requests in line with the ITIL framework
  • Create, copy and update code files and system releases between environments
  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures for BSS System Management for the ITIL Components
  • Monitor System Mailboxes and provide support
  • Provide support to auditors regarding application, laws, policies and instructions
  • Assist with the testing of enhancement on the application
    • Ensure Systems are effectively administered for optimization of processes and systems
