JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

Minimum Qualification : Relevant BSc or BCom degree.
Preferred Qualification : Honours degree with focus in Information Management
Dama Certification.
Minimum Experience: 3 to 5 years’ relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Control expenditure and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs
Configure, install and test relevant system software on mainframe systems and distribution platforms to support end user requirements
Monitor the security and efficiency of the IT infrastructure to continuously improve service delivery
Participate in planned activities that are appropriate for own development
Compile reports that track progress and guide business to make informed decisions
Manages risks in own area of responsibility
Deliver customer experience excellence in own service delivery aligned to Organisational values and service standards
Build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration and innovation
