System Administrator: Information Systems - C5

POSITION INFO:

Our client in Rustenburg is having a position for a System Administrator - Information Systems (C5) within the Procurement Department to provide continuous support and administration services as the first line of support for all information technology related matters to the Supply Chain Management department ranging from SAP ERP, Ariba, Business Warehouse / SAP Analysis, Intranet / SharePoint, and general access control to all systems. Requirements: Grade 12 /Std 10 (NQF 4) is essential. National diploma (NQF level 6 equivalent) in supply chain management, information technology or engineering studies is essential. Minimum of 5 years working experience in a supply chain management environment including both procurement and inventory/warehouse management is essential.  SAP related courses on materials management module (MM) is advantageous. Valid Medical certificate or medically fit to obtain such a certificate. Competencies: Knowledge of SAP ERP Materials Management (MM) module, SAP plant maintenance, FI/CO modules. Knowledge of Ariba SIPM/SLP, Sourcing, Contracts, Catalogues. Knowledge of SharePoint, SAP Analysis and Business Warehouse. Advanced skills in MS excel/PowerPoint/outlook as well as SAP MM module. Numerical skills and Analytical skills. Communication & Interpersonal skills. Project Management skills.
