System Administrator ( Client Based)

SUMMARY:
We are recruiting for a System Administrator with deep skills and experience in Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft Exchange Server and Applications for a 6 months project

POSITION INFO:

Skills required

Software Patch management, uptime monitoring and top tier support

Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server technologies and IIS

Microsoft SQL server technologies

Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory on Server technologies

Microsoft Windows Server technologies

Extensive knowledge and experience on virtualization technologies (VMWare and HypeV)

Networking skills, configuration of switches, IP ranges and VLANS (VPN, Cisco routers, Satellite networks, Switches, VLANs, VOIP etc.)

Design IT infrastructure

Skills and experience in data-center hardware and software support and installation

Network security skills and experience (Symantec antivirus End Point Protection edition)

Good communication and interpersonal skills; Advantage Good Microsoft networking and Operating System skills

Configuring and managing firewalls (Checkpoint NGX or SBA) 

Good report writing Advantage Good enterprise security knowledge Advantage Good working knowledge of SCOM (Microsoft System Center Operations Management)

Good knowledge of backup solutions (e.g. Veritas Nedbackup, Enterprise Vault, etc.)

Working knowledge of ISA (Microsoft Internet Security and Acceleration Server)

Ability to operate under pressure Ability to function in a group

Must have the following certificates

MCSE, MCSD, MCSA, etc.

MCITP Enterprise Administrator (Microsoft Certified IT Professional) on Windows Server;

VMWare Certified Professional 6 or – Data Center Virtualization (VCP6-DCV) 

MCDBA will be an advantage
