Provide value added solutions to the processes and system related functions of revenue management

· Information Management and Liaison: Responsible to set-up and maintain electronic information accessible to students and divisions on all platforms in terms of relevant policies, procedures and corporate identity standards

CORE COMPETENCIES

· Specialist knowledge of Integrated Tertiary Software (ITS) systems and spreadsheet solutions
· Good knowledge of report writing with Oracle Discoverer SQL
· Strong analytical, technical and system management skills
· Detail and Client Service Orientation
· Good communication and interactive skills
· Team player but also work independently
Sound knowledge of institutional policies and procedures and legislation pertaining to collection of debt (National Credit Act and POPI Act)
Effective inter-personal skills
Accounting background
Acumen of integrity

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

National Diploma Financial Information Systems.

Minimum of five years of experience in the finance and systems environment

Experience in a financial department of a higher education institution will be an advantage
