JOB DESCRIPTION:

National Diploma / B Com Degree in Accounting
5 years’ experience as a senior account clerk or junior accountant.
A high-level interpersonal skills and ability to think logically.
Attention to detail and proven ability to work under pressure.
People management / leadership skills.
With high level of integrity.
Computer literacy (excel, word, Syspro, etc.)

Key Focus Area:

Prepares monthly operating cost reports.
Balance sheet and income statement reconciliations.
Basic SYSPRO support to other users (Maintaining SYSPRO Data and train new users)
Develops operating budget from information and documents supplied by budget holders.
Asset register custodian
Facilitates and coordinates the asset register budget
Capex reconciliations and WIP projects reconciliation
Responsible for month end and year end SYSPRO procedures
