Syspro Junior Accountant

• National Diploma / B Com Degree in Accounting
• 5 years’ experience as a senior account clerk or junior accountant.
• A high-level interpersonal skills and ability to think logically.
• Attention to detail and proven ability to work under pressure.
• People management / leadership skills.
• With high level of integrity.
• Computer literacy (excel, word, Syspro, etc.)

Key Focus Area:

• Prepares monthly operating cost reports.
• Balance sheet and income statement reconciliations.
• Basic SYSPRO support to other users (Maintaining SYSPRO Data and train new users)
• Develops operating budget from information and documents supplied by budget holders.
• Asset register custodian
• Facilitates and coordinates the asset register budget
• Capex reconciliations and WIP projects reconciliation
• Responsible for month end and year end SYSPRO procedures
