POSITION INFO:
Would you like to be the voice of Fancourt? The Front Office is now accepting applications for a Switchboard Operator – someone with drive and passion for the industry and with the ability to maintain the Leading Hotel of the Worlds (LHW) standards.
The ideal candidate will have excellent telephone etiquette, interpersonal skills, good product knowledge, friendly and guest centric. Minimum of a Grade 12 or equivalent and 1 year experience as a receptionist or switchboard operator.
You must have a passion for working with people and the drive to continuously improve.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Switchboard – managing all incoming and outgoing calls;
- Message taking and follow up;
- Managing customer service delivery;
- Adherence to LHW standards.
