POSITION INFO:

A FMCG company in Centurion would like to employ a Sweet maker.

 

Minimum requirements

• Relevant experience
• Project experience
• Reside close to Centurion
• Extensive experience in Quality Management
• Experience including setting up of new departments and implementing processes

 

Duties:

• Development of hard candies, pectin products etc.
• Designing of packaging materials
• ISO documentation
• Working with relevant machinery including packing machines
• Implementation of Food Safety and Quality Management System as well as GMPs
• Assist with building new laboratories
• Calculating variances, estimated yields etc.
• Planning maintenance schedules

 

Salary: R 35 000 to R-----
