SUMMARY:
Our client, a well-established software development company, based in Pretoria is looking for a driven and ambitious Support Consultant to join their team. The successful candidate should have some experience within the insurance industry.
POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric.
- Relevant degree in Maths, Statistics or Accounting.
- 1-3 years experience in the insurance industry.
- Computer literate.
Main responsibilities:
- Help desk support.
- Liaison with clients.
- Handle daily client queries.
- Liaison with Developers and Clients.
- Act as middle man between Clients and Developers.
- Ability to relay new requests and initiate changes to the Developer Teams.
Additional Information:
- Training will be provided in the first few months, where the processes and systems will be taught.
