SUMMARY:
Our client based in Florida in America is looking for a remote Support/customer 2nd tier IT Support person. Working hours 14:00 in the Afternoon to 10:00 pm
POSITION INFO:
Skills Required:
IT Diploma (N + A+ Security +)
Must have working experience in supporting clients at 2nd level on Microsoft office 365 - non-negotiable,
strong troubleshooting experience
3 years in a support role - not hardware support but the software
Experience in working with a ticket system and answering them - sort the problem
Our clients offer support to his clients who are SME business, such as accounting services, DR practices, and so forth
Excellent command of the English language
You can work anywhere in SA as you are providing support to clients in the US
Wifi/ computer/ with audio as some clients will be telephonic support
