JOB DESCRIPTION:

Description

The Intermediate Support and Integrations engineer is responsible for the integration of diverse systems, networks, and servers to achieve overall aims. Troubleshoot and debug system issues to increase performance and quality of data. Document technical information and keep documentation up to date.

Experience and Skills

A highly skilled technical professional who is trained to resolve problems quickly and assist the customer with all aspects of their service needs.
Minimum of 2 years’ mobile telecoms experience in a Support and Integration position.
Experience in integration and supporting applications and troubleshooting.
Experience with working in a Telco environment.
Training skills are advantages.
Unix or Linux Skills are essential.
System administration skills are required.
Bash scripting is advantageous.
Intermediate SQL Knowledge is essential.
Knowledge of Business processes, and concepts.
