The Technologies division is seeking a talented and motivated Support Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the pre- and post-sales support teams and the company’s internal IT department. The role will require understanding customer needs and ensuring suitable resources to address those needs.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Support Manager – Job Location: Centurion
The Technologies division is seeking a talented and motivated Support Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the pre- and post-sales support teams and the company’s internal IT department. The role will require understanding customer needs and ensuring suitable resources to address those needs. You will be required to build high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty with the company’s current and future customers.
Job Qualifications & Requirements
  • This position requires a Bachelor (BSc or BTech) degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar
  • Previous experience in customer service roles is a requirement
  • Knowledge of test and measurement products is an advantage
  • Knowledge of the broadcast and media environment is an advantage
  • Knowledge of cutting-edge IT solutions is a requirement
  • Knowledge of support contracts and SLA contract negotiations with multiple parties is an advantage
  • Provide occasional support and assistance to engineer’s after-hours
  • Valid driver’s license, passport and own suitable and reliable transport
  • International, regional and local travel is required for training, conferences and customer visits.
