SUMMARY:
A tremendous remote opportunity has opened up with one of our clients in the Fintech environment for a Support Lead & Customer Success Developer position to join their growing squad, The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing customer satisfaction rating continuously.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:
  • Improvement of time-to-resolution on support tickets
  • Provision of insights to the product team on customer hurdles and opportunities monthly based on quantitative and qualitative data
  • Increasing customer satisfaction rating, continuously
  • Clear communication of support-related development tasks
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve support tickets, if need be, via Slack, Microsoft teams, or zoom.
  • Documentation of steps to resolution where resolution tasks may be automated or shared by other team members, i.e., document a query for a specific report required monthly.
  • Fix bugs on a .net applications and deploy to production
  • Reporting on the number of support tickets logged per department and time dedicated per department to assist in identifying the biggest need/opportunity for automation and process optimization
 
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Information Technology
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience
  • C# for webflo-related tasks
  • JavaScript
  • SQL for reporting related tasks
  • .NET
  • The investigation, diagnosis, and problem-solving skills
  • Very strong communication skills
  • Quick to learn
  • Good organization
  • Attention to detail
