POSITION INFO:

Minimum 3+ years of Experience in a telecommunications software support environment.

Any IT Degree or Diploma would be advantageous.

Must have working knowledge of PL/SQL, Linux, Web Services, Java, Oracle and ESB knowledge.

Must have strong problem-solving skills and accurate forecasting of effort required and closing timeframe. This person must also be comfortable working with all levels in customer organization - engineering; middle management; executive management.
