The Role: 
From day one you will become an integral part of close-knit team of the UKs best Engineers.
You''ll respond to support requests, prioritise and manage issues, communicate with stakeholders, provide updates to appropriate departments, escalate unresolved issues whilst building on your technical knowledge and more.
The product they offer is literally the lifeblood of the organisation, so you won''t be viewed as a ''nice to have'', you will genuinely be essential to the success of the company.
Your skills & experience:
**Experience in a 1st or 2nd line support role
**Confident communicating with stakeholders
**Providing help to a non-technical audience
**Knowledge of one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP etc.)
**Natural problem solving skills
Package:
