Support Agent

We are looking for a Support Agent with a calm yet time conscious demeanour for a dynamic company focused on information technology solutions and systems for the short-term insurance industry. The main purpose of the position is for you to support users and offer level 1 support, with the prospect of national travel to provide systems training. 

Level 1 Support Responsibilities:

• Response to tickets and helpdesk queries logged
• Development of SQL queries and troubleshooting reported bugs
• Cross Functional issue resolving with the Development Team
• Documentation creation
• Creating accurate bug reports

Required Skills and Behavioral Competencies:

• Advanced TSQL querying is essential
• SQL Reporting services
• Basic knowledge of web applications
• Experience in a support environment
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Good Communication and Conflict Resolution Skills
