JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a Support Agent with a calm yet time conscious demeanour for a dynamic company focused on information technology solutions and systems for the short-term insurance industry. The main purpose of the position is for you to support users and offer level 1 support, with the prospect of national travel to provide systems training.

Level 1 Support Responsibilities:

Response to tickets and helpdesk queries logged
Development of SQL queries and troubleshooting reported bugs
Cross Functional issue resolving with the Development Team
Documentation creation
Creating accurate bug reports

Required Skills and Behavioral Competencies:

Advanced TSQL querying is essential
SQL Reporting services
Basic knowledge of web applications
Experience in a support environment
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Good Communication and Conflict Resolution Skills
