The professional to be appointed must have the ability to lead and manage the S&OP process to ensure that the S&OP discipline is adhered to and develop a robust and cost-effective supply plan that meets customer demand. POSITION INFO:

The Ideal Candidate

• Must have a minimum of +- 6 years’ experience in Supply Chain and Imports and Exports.
• Must have EXTENSIVE EXCEL knowledge and other ERP system (SAP and JDE).
• Must have experience in replenishments forecast planning.

Duties include:

• Monthly update of master data and sales volumes into forecasting tool – Anaplan.
• Ensures that commercial team adheres to monthly agreed-to forecasting turnaround time and that a rolling 18-month forecast is populated in Anaplan.
• Collaborate with commercial to challenge trends and capture market intelligence during pre-demand review and final demand review meetings.
• Replenishment and shipment forecasts done in conjunction with demand forecasts and sales budgets to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Initiates and leads the development of short and long-term supply plans to balance the demand forecast with cost, efficiency, and capacity constraints.
• Draft the plan from which replenishment is to be executed.
• Planning delivery timetables – for both Inbound stock and local distribution.
• Monthly, Quarterly, and ad hoc reporting on Operations KPI’s internally and to EMEA HQ.
• Propose improvement initiatives based KPI’s reports and sales trends.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification – Degree in Supply Chain.
