Our well-established client seeks an experience Supply Chain Specialist / Supply Chain Coordinator / Supply Chain Manager with solid import and export and purchasing experience.

Salary: Market related

Start date: Asap

Minimum Requirements:

Matric with Supply chain / International Trade or equivalent qualification

5+ years as Supply chain Coordinator / Supply Chain Specialist / Supply Chain Specialist

10 years Supply chain / Procurement / Manufacturing / Distribution/ Engineering / Technical / experience

Must have Import & Export experience

Must have purchasing experience

Key Duties:

Invoicing – daily invoicing of customer dispatch and job cards

Purchasing – Purchasing of inventory from local & international suppliers

Production – creation of production shop orders in ERP system; receiving of shop orders; maintaining the shop order system to ensure correct goods are included in the shop order

Inventory Management & Control:

Freight forwarders: liaise with freight forwarders and maintain good relationships; review and negotiate shipping rates and schedules; managing full import process from intercompany suppliers

Arrange local delivery to customers premises if required

Forecasting: Forecasting of inventory demand in conjunction with sales
