SUMMARY:
My client is based in Bellville and they are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to conduct data analysis to improve their efficiencies and reduce costs. Proven experience is necessary with good experience in the data mining, analysis reporting areas. Demand and production planning will be required

POSITION INFO:

Key requirements include:

Proven experience as a SC Analyst or similar
Solid experience in data mining, analysis and reporting
Experience with SC processes such as inventory and warehouse management
Degreed, preferably in Logistics, BA, Process Engineering
Excellent knowledge of end-to-end value chain of an organisation

Key performance areas include:

Creation of processes and methods to gather data
Analysis of data
Continuous improvement focus
Oversee the inventory processes and procedures
Evaluation of vendor operations (freight forwarders) according the quality standards
Track KPIs and report on Supply Chain performance
Oversee the planning functions for operations
