Supply Chain Administrator

SUMMARY:
A leading organisation within the FMCG industry has a role open for a Supply Chain Administrator. The successful incumbent will form part of the Supply Chain division!

POSITION INFO:
POSITION : SUPPLY CHAIN ADMINISTRATOR 
AREA        :  KZN SOUTH-COAST
SALARY    :  R 10 000.00 - R 12 000.00 CTC

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Completed Matric
• Minimum “C” PASS or higher in Matric Maths HG is ESSENTIAL!
• Must have a University Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain only!
• Min 1-2 years of similar or relevant experience in a FMCG/manufacturing company 
• Advanced Excel skills 
• Valid driver’s + own transport is ESSENTIAL!
• Well-presented individual that has excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Project management and/or Syspro experience will be Highly Advantageous

• Assist in the development of the factory production plan that fits in with key policies and sales forecasts along with the planning of sub-assembly finished goods.  
• Assist with bill of materials building in Syspro, maintaining product codes and system data.
• Assist with maintaining stock levels and write offs of obsolete stock.
• Assist in admin check list for new product launches to ensure all crucial steps are completed.
• Assist buying departments with orders and working with suppliers to arrange deliveries.
• Supply chain admin such as matching of GRN’s and Invoices, PO receipts. 
• Prepare and maintain relevant reports pertaining to demand planning process.
