Supply Chain Administrator - Rs neg - Perm - Amanzimtoti, Durban - AA only

POSITION INFO:

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to join a young and dynamic team offering room for growth and a fast paced environment.
Reporting to the Planning Manager this role will require you to:
• Assist in the development of the factory production plan that fits in with key policies and sales forecasts along with the planning of sub-assembly finished good SKUs.
• Assist with bill of materials building in Syspro, maintaining product codes and system data.
• Assist with maintaining stock levels and write offs of obsolete stock.
• Assist in admin check list for new product launches to ensure all crucial steps are completed.
• Assist buying departments with orders and working with suppliers to arrange deliveries.
• Supply chain admin such as matching of GRN’s and Invoices, PO receipts.
• Prepare and maintain relevant reports pertaining to demand planning process.

General requirements:

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree
• 12 – 18 months relevant experience in a FMCG company
• Advanced excel skills
• Project management and/or Syspro experience
• Applicants must be fluent in Xhosa, English & Afrikaans
