SUMMARY:
Our client, leading in the insurance industry is looking for a Marketing Support & Sales Intelligence Supervisor to join their Pretoria team. This candidate will be required to coordinate and administrate the company & intermediary resource administration and information.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities
  • Supervise FAIS Compliance
  • Supervise effective and efficient appointments of representatives
  • Audit and Compliance
  • Supervise debarment processes and procedures (TCF)
  • Co-ordinate supervision processes
  • Personnel Management
  • Record keeping
  • Provide support to Sales Team
  • Commission advance and bridging requests
 
Requirements
  • Business Management Diploma/Degree/relevant
  • RE1 (advantage)
  • RE5 (advantage)
  • 120 Credits on NQF 5 (Wealth Management) (advantage)
  • 3 years’ experience in Sales
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Management
  • 3-5 year’s Sales Administration
