SUMMARY:
Our client, leading in the insurance industry is looking for a Marketing Support & Sales Intelligence Supervisor to join their Pretoria team. This candidate will be required to coordinate and administrate the company & intermediary resource administration and information.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities

Supervise FAIS Compliance
Supervise effective and efficient appointments of representatives
Audit and Compliance
Supervise debarment processes and procedures (TCF)
Co-ordinate supervision processes
Personnel Management
Record keeping
Provide support to Sales Team
Commission advance and bridging requests

Requirements

Business Management Diploma/Degree/relevant
RE1 (advantage)
RE5 (advantage)
120 Credits on NQF 5 (Wealth Management) (advantage)
3 years’ experience in Sales
3-5 years’ experience in Management
3-5 year’s Sales Administration
