Supervisor: Branch Administration

SUMMARY:

Our client, leading in the insurance industry is looking for a Branch Administration Supervisor to join their Mpumalanga team. This candidate will be required to supervise branch administration and operations.

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities

• Supervise all client liaison and sales support in the branch offices
• Supervise new business policy administration
• Supervise claims administration
• Assist Office Manager with budgetary control
• Information Reconciliation & Reporting on Branch Office Operations
• Management of logistics
• Responsible for compliance and TCF
• Comply with FAIS requirements
• Supervision of staff
• Supervision of the integration process

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Management
• FAIS Compliant and RE 5
• 60 or 120 credits on NQF Level 5 Wealth Management (Depending on the date of appointment in the industry)
• 3 years’ experience in the Insurance Industry
• 1 years’ experience in Supervisory Role
