POSITION INFO:

International company involved in water and wastewater treatment, seeks to employ a suitably qualified and experienced Superintendent at their offices in HERMANUS.

For the position you would be required to have:

• Minimum of BTech/ND Process/Chemical Engineering
• NQF 4 & NQF 5 Operator Certificate in Water and Waste Treatment
• Registered at least as a Class 4 Process Controller with the Department of Water & Sanitation
• 6 - 10 years relevant experience at a class C works or higher treatment plant
• Must be able to read operational manuals and other resources to apply knowledge for the effective, efficient and sustainable management and operation for treatment plants
• Computer Literacy - MS Office applications
• Driver''s License
• Required to work in all weather conditions, outside normal working hours and shifts
• Required to work standby
• Must be prepared to enter confined areas, manholes, inlets, pipes
• Working with aggressive and hazardous chemicals
