SUMMARY:
A dynamic logistic company is seeking a Sub-Contracting Manager to join their growing concern. This will be remote working.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

Minimum NQF 6 qualification, preferably within Logistics.
Completed Management Program would be advantageous.
Minimum 5 years experience in road logistic environment.
Sales and Marketing experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing of offered transport services.
Obtaining of suitable subcontractor transporters.
Daily Customer liaison concerning demand and performance.
Daily Sub-contractor controlling.
Introduce Managed Partners.
Grow and develop team members.
