SUMMARY:
Mathematics Student Tutor / Educator position available for someone who is currently studying B.Ed. and fluent in Afrikaans based in Pretoria. 3rd or 4th year Mathematics Education Students. R5 000 pm | start ASAP | Based in Pretoria Presenting Mathematics / Language tutor classes or other subjects specialised in, when necessary

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• 3rd or 4th year education student – Mathematics 
• Computer literate
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English
• Great interpersonal skills
• Deadline driven
• Must be able to work overtime when required

Duties:

• Presenting Mathematics/Language tutor classes or other subjects specialised in, when necessary.
• Responsible for general tutor sessions – assisting learners and managing performance in collaboration with the academic staff and Campus manager.
• Invigilation of tests and examinations.
• Assisting as relieve facilitator when staff is absent or on leave according to availability.
• Ad hoc tutoring of individual learners on appointment, where necessary.
• Assistance of ad hoc events and tasks at the Campus where necessary.
