1) ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
a) Minimum of Advanced Diploma or Bachelors Degree in PR/Business/Marketing/Communications
b) A minimum of 2 years sales experience
c) Any combination of experience and education that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities
SALES AND MARKETING EXPOSURE
a) Best suited to a confident person who has a strong sales/marketing profile
b) Persuasive communication and dynamic public speaking skills
c) An organised individual who is target driven and proactive
d) Must have initiative and be able to formulate and implement plans
e) Prepared and able to work inconvenient hours during busy periods
f) Computer Literate
g) Own car and drivers licence essential
3) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
a) Client Relationship-Building to raise the public awareness of the academic institution with all stakeholders.
b) Arrange and deliver school presentations, career fairs, exhibitions & RFRs
c) Database management: collection of grade 12 school database
d) Selection, training and management of telemarketing team & process
e) Conduct interviews with prospective students and their parents
f) Drive the database, interview, application and registration process to meet new student targets
g) Distribution of all marketing and promotional materials to grade 12s and schools
h) Managing stock of all marketing and promotional materials on campus.
I) Coordinating marketing events
j) Prepare all statistical data to complete a range of marketing reports
k) Respond to all email and telephonic enquiries
