SUMMARY:
Our client in the private academic sector with a modern approach to learning is looking for a motivated Student Advisor to join their team. This role reports directly to the Vice Principal Student Advisor and is in charge of giving basic career guidance and conduct student interviews.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:

Ensure that the sales targets are met in line with the marketing plan
Ensure you stay up to date with product knowledge and sales techniques
Promotion of the institution
Giving basic career guidance and advice

Qualifications and Experience:

Matric certificate
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office suite)

Minimum of 1 year sales or marketing experience
Relevant tertiary qualification
Knowledge of higher qualifications

Requirements:

Sales experience within the private education sector or within a service-related industry
Ability to conduct student interviews and family interviews
Possess excellent direct selling skills
Entrepreneurial spirit
Function under pressure and adaptability
Excellent communication skills and ability to understand cultural diversity
Excellent time management skills
Deadline driven
