JOB DESCRIPTION:

Looking for energetic, creatively SMART thinkers.

Someone who has at least 3 years experience (have been employed and relied upon) in developing & implementing Communication, Digital or Integrated Brand strategy.
A young professional with a complete tertiary qualification - Diploma or Degree.

You will be responsible for:

Managing and implementing the strategy which will include owning the creation of the strategy (from brief to presentation)

Working with the client service team to ensure that strategy comes to life through activations
Conducting on-going research (updating colleagues & libraries)
Create reports & share best practice to support the business in leading in innovation in the industry
Create content n digital and social media that highlights the strategic thinking of the business
Assist the Head of Strategy in refining the strategic process
Support the Head of Strategy in developing the team to grow them so that they become capable & confident in running their own strategy creation processes
Advocate of the unique strategic and measurement offerings and ensure the business is integrating them into work, across all areas
Support the Head of New Business with sales pitches from a strategic perspective
Assist the Head of Strategy to ensure the new business process is followed correctly
