POSITION INFO:

Well-established manufacturer seeks to employ a Stores Manager to take responsibility for Stores, Fleet and Security management. Based in Bellville.

For the position you would be required to have:

• Minimum of Matric/ Grade 12
• Qualification in Inventory or Logistics Management advantageous
• Experience of ERP or inventory management systems essential
• Minimum of 7 years'' experience in a similar role
• Valid driver''s license
• Computer literate

Responsibilities would include you to:

• Ensure stock lists are accurate and up to date
• Monthly stock take
• Ensure tools issued from store are returned in good order
• Health and Safety and general housekeeping
• Manage staff, including training, performance management
• Arrange for maintenance and repair of company vehicles and forklifts
• Ensure vehicles are licensed and road worthy
• Ensure workshop machinery is serviced according to maintenance schedule
• Liaison with property security company
• Building maintenance, yard cleaning and upkeep

On offer is a CTC package of around R30k per month
