SUMMARY:
A leader within the engineering sector seeks to employ a Stores Manager.

POSITION INFO:

Qualification

Matric with mathematics
Tertiary qualification in stock, logistics / business management preferable

Requirements

Ability to speak English and Zulu (More languages will be advantageous)
Ability to read and write in English
Computer Literacy
ERP software experience
Ability to manage people
Ability to work extra hours / Overtime when required
Physically fit
Minimum of 5 years work in stores
2-3 years of supervisory experience

Duties

Control the flow of materials through the stores
Ensuring that stock records are maintained
Processing of paperwork
Physically handling products to minimize damage / loss
Maintaining stock levels of components
Supervising of staff
Receiving of goods from suppliers
Picking stock for orders and repairs
Stock checks
Stock Take
