POSITION INFO:

Job Title: Stores Assistant

• Grade 12 / Matric.
• 2-3 years’ experience in a similar stores/warehousing environment.
• Experience using QuickEasy (advantageous) or any ERP system.
• Computer literate (MS Excel, MS Word).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Clear criminal record.

• Assist with receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching stock and materials.
• Ensure accurate binning, labelling, and stock rotation.
• Perform daily stock checks and assist with monthly stock counts.
• Capture and update stock movements on QuickEasy or ERP system.
• Maintain clean, organised, and safe store areas.
• Assist with picking and packing according to job cards or production requirements.
• Report stock shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
• Support Stores Supervisor with general warehouse duties.
