Storeman Admin Officer

SUMMARY:
My client is a shipping container rental and sales company based in Cape Town. They deal with containers and container conversions.

POSITION INFO:

My client is on the hunt for a Storeman with excellent administration skills. This person will be working from the company''s head offices in Epping and will be working in the production and warehouse. We are looking for a focused and enthusiastic candidate. 

Requirements: 

• Product Knowledge
  • Containers
  • Reefers
  • Flat Racks
  • Open Tops
  • Tank Containers
• QuickBooks (Advantageous)
• Microsoft Office
• Driver’s licence and own transport
• Diploma or any similar qualification

Responsibilities:

• Receiving and issuing stock
• Keeping track of records (QuickBooks)
• Monthly stock take
• Maintain levels in store
• Keep track of stock on hand
• Make sure stock is ordered in time
• Keep track of sick notes and leave forms
• Keeping track of all documents pertaining to the HR Manager
• Being involved in all administration tasks.
