POSITION INFO:

This role would include being responsible for the overall control of stores, general management of all functions of stock and equipment and to ensure that stock levels are maintained.

Duties include:

• Receiving, storing and unpacking of good received
• Issuing stock - which include consumable stores and oil stores
• Capturing of receipts and issues on the inventory management system
• Ensure stock control systems and procedures are up to date
• Monitor and review operational methods to facilitate quantitative and qualitative improvements in the operations of the stores to support operational budgets
• Ensure stock takes are conducted

Minimum qualifications:

• Grade 12 

Minimum experience:

• 5 years experience in a stores environment, with minimum of 3 as a storeman
• Good computer skills - strong knowledge of Excel
• Good analytical skills
