SUMMARY:

A retailer based in the Tableview area in Cape Town are seeking to employ an experience Store Supervisor to join their dynamic team

POSITION INFO:

Generate sales to budget by ensuring wanted merchandise is on display and all staff provide customer service, product knowledge and sales skills
Provide an exceptional customer service experience
Maintain the operational standard of the store by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing store operational policies and procedures and give training when required
Reduce and manage stock loss and maintain security and OHASA standards
Analysis of stock, sales and expenditure reports and manage daily store operations
Train, develop and lead a successful and motivated team
Provide necessary support to the Store Manager
Admin functions such as banking, issue of floats and investigating discrepancies
